Operational Plan
1.Operator gives information on operational situation (congestion situation) to a customer who requests delivery.
Do not fix the date and time of delivery at this point.
2.Ask the delivery address and contact number (mobile number is preferred) and check if a customer needs additional service or not, and then collect a service fee.
3.Operator orders delivery to delivery staff. Then delivery staff makes a phone call to the customer to tell the available time and fix the date and time of delivery
4.Owner does packaging goods if necessary and pass them to delivery staff.
5.Delivery staff delivers goods to specified address after checking the number of goods.
6.Check the number of goods together with a customer at the place of delivery and get signature on receipt.
7.Return receipt to Owner after coming back to a shop.
